The 2011 Kentucky Derby Run for the Roses is fast approaching, and all eyes here at Freedom Health are on top Derby contender Dialed In, running under trainer and Team SUCCEED member Nick Zito.
We are rooting for Dialed In for two reasons: he runs on SUCCEED® and he wins with style.
The hugely popular mare Zenyatta was beloved not just for her impressive 19-race win streak, but for her spectacular come-from-behind-finishes in nearly every race. It’s a secret she has apparently shared with Dialed In, whose wins make for some of the most exciting 2 minutes in sports.
Watch as Dialed In comes from trailing the field by 14 lengths to win the Florida Derby (G1) by a head in the homestretch. (He’s number 7 in the burgundy saddle blanket.)
In case you think that’s a fluke, here’s Dialed In doing the same thing two months earlier in the Holy Bull Stakes. This time he comes from 15 lengths off the lead to win by 2. Watch for him at the #9 post in the green saddle blanket.
Trainer Nick Zito has been an avid SUCCEED fan since late 2004. Zito, who won the Kentucky Derby twice, was elected to the Thoroughbred Racing Hall of Fame in 2005.
We’ll continue to feature more information on Zito and his charge Dialed In during the next few weeks in the run up to the Kentucky Derby, so be sure to subscribe and join us in rooting for this exciting horse.
